The fundamental concepts and the basic methodology of Private Law.

Oral examination.

Introductory notions and fundamental principles. Rules and the legal system. Sources of law. Subjective legal situations and legal relationships. Interpretation. Natural persons and legal entities.Real rights. Obligatory relationships: debtor and creditor positions. Contract. Liability. Family law and succession law.

At the end of the course, the student should have acquired both the fundamental concepts and the basic methodology of Private Law.
