Course Contents
The course intends to deepen the subject of the contract in Italian law, combining the general and traditional study with the thematic study of specific issues, and the law of succession.

C.M. BIANCA, Diritto civile. 3. Il contratto, III ed., Giuffré, 2019, ISBN 9788828808954. For the law of succession, the corresponding part contained in the book used for Private Law of the first year.
Learning Outcomes
Increase the investigative and critical autonomy of the tools with reference to the problems underlying the contractual case and the law of succession.
Prerequisites
An adequate knowledge of italian language is required.

Additional Information

Assessment Methods
The examination is oral. Active participation in seminars and exercises for attending students will also be evaluated.

The contract in Italian law and the law of succession. GENDER MAINSTREAMING In the discussion of the programme, particular attention is dedicated to gender mainstreaming.

Autonomy in the interpretation of contractual and successions cases.
