The course intends to deepen the subject of the contract in Italian law, combining the general and traditional study with the thematic study of specific issues, and the law of succession.

Increase the investigative and critical autonomy of the tools with reference to the problems underlying the contractual case and the law of succession.

An adequate knowledge of italian language is required.

Lectures, seminars, practical exercises on legal cases

Starting from 1st January 2023 the exams, according to art. 35 of the Regolamento di Ateneo the student is allowed to appear at the roll call no more than three times (it is the same for insufficient, absent or withdrawn). The examination is oral. Active participation in seminars and exercises for attending students will also be evaluated.
