Course Contents
The second module of the course primarily explores the concept of corporate risk, expanding on it and analyzing the different types of risks that companies may encounter, all of which are connected to financial risks. For each risk category, the corresponding management methodologies are discussed, with particular focus on ERM, PDCA, FMEA, and KRI techniques.

Subsequently, real-world case studies are presented, illustrating how financial, market, and credit risks are managed through the application of the previously introduced methodologies. Students are assigned exercises, both in class and as homework, in order to practically apply the methodologies discussed.

The case studies address different types of enterprises operating in the financial, hospitality, sports, and energy efficiency sectors. The module concludes with an overview of corporate continuous improvement systems, emphasizing active risk control and the application of Kaizen and Ishikawa models.
