The course aims to address the topic of sustainability from a corporate point of view, trying to identify the strategic levers that companies can exploit to develop sustainable and circular business models.

The objective of the course is to provide managerial tools to deal with the topic of sustainability and the circular economy in the company.

Assessment Methods
The exam is written, with open questions.
Specifically, there are 5 questions; to pass, you must correctly answer 3 questions. The questions refer to the teaching materials indicated and discussed in class.
Detailed Syllabus
The course aims to address sustainability issues from a managerial perspective. Therefore it will be about: - define what sustainability and circular economy mean from the point of view of business management; - address the role of the supply chain; - identify and analyze the management levels of sustainability; - analyze the main sustainable and circular business models. Gender mainstream: Approaches to grant equal benefits in actions and activities for eliminating gender inequalities.
Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants must be able to identify the main strategic levers for managing sustainability in the company and propose sustainable business models suited to the context.
