The integrated course of Medical Pathology II foresees the teaching of 4 different internal disciplines: Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology and Clinical Cases.

At the beginning of the course, each teacher provides indications on the reference text-books for study.

The integrated course has the objective of promoting the learning and recognition of the main pathological frameworks for each discipline, their diagnosis and the basic therapeutic notions.

The student must be familiar with the essential notions of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, General Pathology. Basic knowledges of semeiotics and pharmacology are also required.

1) Classical frontal lessons.
2) Discussion and Resolution of multidisciplinary clinical Cases.
3) Literature reviews.

1) Written exam: 55 closed-ended questions (5 choices), 15 for Endocrinology, 15 for Gastroenterology, 15 per Nephrology, 10 for Clinical Cases.
2) Oral exam: discussion on a clinical case.

Recognize, diagnose, place in differential diagnosis and set clinical-therapeutic reasoning for the most common pathological frameworks for each discipline present in the integrated course.
