DNA investigation methods. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR); Analysis of STR, RFLP and fingerprint ; DNA sequencing; Methods for the identification of nucleotide variations. Genomic analysis through next generation use of the main databases or genome browser: UCSS, NCBI, PUBMED
