Learning Outcomes
The course aims to illustrate the main approaches to multi-omics analysis and in particular to genomics. Students will learn to apply their knowledge to bionformatic data analysis using public databases.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the main techniques of Human Genome Analysis. Use of Public databases for genome analysis
