Course Contents
During the course the student will have the opportunity to learn about and experiment with all the main layouts and widgets of the Android operating system as well as taking advantage of cloud services.
In the final part of the course, the iOS operating system will be introduced through the development of simple apps.
Reference Texts
The Android and iOS Operating system are still evolving very fast, so besides the slides of the course, the lecturer will provide to the students web links to the official online documentation.
Learning Outcomes
The course focuses on theoretic and practical aspects concerning the development of mobile applications.
Prerequisites
Knowledge acquired from algorithm courses.
Teaching Methods
Lectures and laboratory sessions that can be held in classroom.
Additional Information
During the course, the students have to implement simple mobile apps.
