Course Contents
The course will focus on the meaning of communication and relationships, and their implications for workplace dynamics, with particular attention to relational dynamics and associated challenges. In-depth educational materials regarding key work-related issues (stress, burnout, workplace bullying) will be provided.

Learn skills in the field of communication and relationships, in order to understand other people and the dynamics of work groups. Develop empathic skills and effective and assertive communication.

Assessment Methods
Written report on topics/experiences developed during the lessons. Duration: 1 h.

The exam will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Fail (Non idoneo): significant gaps and/or inaccuracies in the knowledge and understanding of the topics; limited analytical and synthesis skills; frequent generalizations and limited critical judgment; topics presented incoherently and using inappropriate language;
18-20: barely sufficient knowledge and understanding of the topics, with possible generalizations and imperfections; sufficient analytical and synthesis skills and independent judgment; topics frequently presented with limited coherence and using language that lacks precision or technical accuracy;
21-23: routine knowledge and understanding of the topics; sound analytical and synthesis skills, with sufficiently coherent logical argumentation and appropriate/technical language;
24-26: fair knowledge and understanding of the topics; good analytical and synthesis skills, with arguments presented rigorously but using language that is not always appropriate or technically precise;
27-29: comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the topics; notable analytical and synthesis skills; good independent judgment; topics presented rigorously and using appropriate/technical language;
30-30L: excellent level of in-depth knowledge and understanding of the topics; excellent analytical and synthesis skills and independent judgment; arguments presented in an original manner and using appropriate technical language.
Detailed Syllabus
Introduction to the course and getting to know the participants. Fundamentals of communication and relationship. Gender issues related to the concepts of masculine and feminine according to the perspective of analytical psychology. Tackle problems as a group. Key relationship issues in the workplace. Viewing of images, film clips and role plays to experience in practice the issues addressed from a theoretical point of view.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Participants will learn to think critically about the implications of communication, verbal and non-verbal, about relational dynamics and how to deal constructively and cooperatively with difficulties in this areas.
