Course Contents
The course lasts 15 hours; the aim is to provide students with a complete overview of the management of a working relationship.
Reference Texts
The teacher will provide articles, slides, INPS and INAIL circulars, examples of Libro Unico del Lavoro (LUL), law texts to deepen the specific topics of the course.
Learning Outcomes
1. Knowledge and understanding: the teaching aims to provide the necessary knowledge to understand: what it means to establish an employment relationship and what are the rules that govern the different aspects, from the organizational to the disciplinary and salary aspects.
2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: the ability to apply the knowledge acquired for the drafting of employment contracts and the processing of payroll. Autonomy of judgment Critical capacity will be fundamental to assess the correct management of real cases, both in terms of contract management and from the point of view of remuneration.
3. Communication skills: the teaching is also aimed at the acquisition of the technical language used in the professional field in question, in particular for all areas related to the employment relationship.
4. Learning skills: students will develop the ability to interpret an employment contract and to understand the nature of the different voices in the "Libro Unico del Lavoro".

Teaching Methods
Frontal lectures, business cases and exercises will be used during the course. The teaching method is predominantly lecture-based, face-to-face lectures (DE - face to face learning).

Assessment Methods
The examination is assessed through a multiple-choice quiz. The exam certifies only the level of competences, not a mark. The course is graded as "PASS". To pass the examination, it is mandatory to achieve at least 18/30 in the multiple-choice quiz.

Expected Learning Outcomes
In a nutshell, students will develop the ability to interpret an employment contract and to understand the nature of the different voices in the Libro Unico del Lavoro (LUL).

In more detail, the expected learning objectives are:
1. Applying knowledge and understanding. The knowledge acquired during the course will allow the student to develop the ability to interpret an employment contract and to understand the nature of the different voices in the Libro Unico del Lavoro. In particular, the student must acquire the technical language related to employment contracts.
2. Making judgments. The course will allow the student to develop an autonomy of judgment and will put the student in the conditions to express considerations regarding the different employment contracts.
3. Communication skills. On the basis of the acquired knowledge, the student will be able to develop communication and relational skills for the employment consulting activity.
4. Learning skills. The study of the discipline will allow the student to understand the dynamics of the company relating to contracts and to identify the best types of contract available.
