Learning Outcomes
The student will have the ability to apply knowledge and understanding of the human resource management principles in the current health care organizations, in the management of clinical care process and business management projects. The overall objective is to create the ability to manage team-based situations effectively.

Interactive lectures. Practilcal exercises in class and on-line. Presentations in MS-Powerpoint format.

Assessment Methods
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento/Assessment methods MOD_VER_APPR 4000 Sì L’esame di profitto è proposto in unica sessione per tutto il corso integrato.
La prova sarà costituita da un'unica sessione d'esame in cui saranno sottoposti allo studente un test a quiz (risposta multipla, con una sola risposta esatta) finalizzato a indagare gli aspetti conoscitivi e di applicazione di conoscenze di ciascuna disciplina dell'insegnamento o un caso rilevante nell'ambito della gestione delle risorse umane che consentirà la trattazione discorsiva, grazie al quale lo studente potrà dimostrare capacità di applicazione delle conoscenze, abilità di decision making e problem solving nell’ambito specifico.
La durata della prova scritta sarà di due ore. Il superamento della prova a quiz prevede che siano fornite il 60% delle risposte corrette. Il caso trattato sarà valutato dalla commissione dei docenti che accerterà che lo studente abbia raggiunto gli obiettivi formativi del Corso Integrato, in particolare:
creare la capacità di gestire situazioni team-based in modo efficace, gestire le competenze professionali in ragione del raggiungimento degli obiettivi dei servizi sanitari.
Il voto sarà espresso in trentesimi. Per conseguire un punteggio 30/30 e lode, lo studente deve dimostrare di aver acquisito una conoscenza eccellente di tutti gli argomenti trattati durante il corso. The profit exam is offered in one session throughout the integrated course.
The exam includes passing a written test consisting of 72 multiple choice questions (multiple choice quiz, with only one correct answer) aimed at investigating the cognitive aspects and application of knowledge of each discipline of the 'teaching and an organizational case that will allow the discursive discussion, thanks to which the student will demonstrate ability to apply knowledge, decision making skills and problem solving in the specific field.
The duration of the written test will be two hours. Passing the quiz test requires 60% of the correct answers to be provided. The case will be evaluated by the teachers' committee who will verify that the student has achieved the training objectives of the Integrated Course, in particular:
to create the ability to manage team-based situations effectively.
The vote will be expressed in thirtieths. To achieve a 30/30 cum laude score, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the course.

La gestione dei conflitti (leadership, ruoli e responsabilità). Definition and characteristics of the team (common objectives, optimal size, network ability, identity, structure).

Expected Learning Outcomes
In order to achieve the knowledge and skills corresponding to the level of sufficiency, the student is asked to demonstrate:
Knowledge and understanding: the concept of construction, operation and management of the team, techniques and methods of conflict management. .
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: ability to apply the knowledge acquired during the course and to be able to apply the theory in the management of situations presented during the frontal teaching activity.
Autonomy of judgment: ability to understand and interpret the most effective way of managing the conflict in the various cases presented.
Communication skills: ability to expose concepts clearly, in both oral and written form, using appropriate scientific language.
Learning skills: Ability to use the knowledge acquired to participate in seminars and / or in-depth study courses.
