Learning Outcomes
Knowledge of heritage and cultural activities in italian law. Cultural heritage protection policies in current law. Analysis of legal texts concerning cultural heritage.Case law.
The measurement of the indicated obiectives will be carried out during the examinatio.
Prerequisites
Are required the knowledge and culture provided on average by upper secondary schools.

Assessment Methods
Oral examination. It will be proposed , in principle , three questions relating , respectively , on the goods , on the functions , on the subject or on the criminal protection . Expected Learning Outcomes
Knowledge of the discipline of cultural goods and activities in existing Italian law. Ability to focus on existing legislation on cultural heritage and to identify application profiles and critical aspects. Know how to independently evaluate concrete issues related to cultural goods, by linking them to current legislation. Know how to clearly report the content of current legislation on cultural property. Learn how to deepen the issues of standard regulation of cultural assets through the study of manuals and legislative and jurisprudential texts of reference.
