Learning Outcomes
The primary goal of the course is to provide students with advanced tools to allow them understand and assimilate the basic corporate business dynamics and technical terms
Prerequisites
To attend the course, a certification of at least B2 level or higher is required, The certification must be in compliance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At the beginning of the course the students shall take an evaluation test, which will not determine the final assessment evaluation score.
Teaching Methods
The classes will be in English language, and will be composed by a learning section and a section dedicated to practicing, real life scenario simulations and workshops. Student involvement in practical activities and verification is a fundamental and propaedeutic part of integration into multinational structured and layered contexts with a high level of competitiveness which requires problem-solving skills and fast paced time frames compatibility.
Additional Information
Students are recommend to regularly attend the lessons, during which the teaching materials (slides) will be presented, explained and used practice and to improve the understanding of the business dynamics, allowing attendees to gain a tangible advantage over those who do not attend. Attending the 70% of the lessons grants extra credits for the final assessment test.
Assessment Methods
The assessment evaluation will be assigned following a two-hour written online exam. Students are required to answer 30 questions (true/false, multiple choice, etc.). The questions will cover both the topics and contents of the mandatory textbook as well as the additional files and materials available on DIR."

The importance of being organized to improve efficiency (tools & theory)
The goal-setting process management to improve productivity and efficiency
The practical business meeting organization (tools, purpose, discussion, planning)
Business meetings with foreigners: the case of Japanese customers meeting
The structure of effective presentations (written and oral)
Building the team and setting the sustainable business launch strategy
Building a brand from scratch: mission, vision, values, company culture, academy
Creating a profitable business: logistics & supply chain, marketing, communication, sales, administration, and management
The team: the ethical approach to a systemic business management
Retail sales networks: from the product to the global network
How to sell your product/service: the sales funnel
Implementing CRM & SA software in the sales strategy
Pricelist, MKT & Sales strategy, sales campaign simulation
Expected Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, students will have sufficient information and a base of experience to undertake a corporate training and integration programme with lower stress load and proactive approach to the integration, having a clear vantage of hard and soft skills and tools to perform in structured cooperative frameworks."
