Course Contents
At the end of the course, students will have acquired awareness of soft skills and will have strengthened those that are most important for employability; they will have acquired skills in effective communication, both written and oral, applied in professional contexts; they will know how to negotiate, operate using communication in social networks and in the most appropriate professional context, as well as in the process of transition from training to employment.

Learning Outcomes
The teaching aims to provide students with theoretical and methodological tools in the area of verbal and non-verbal codes and languages with a view to realising their full employability.

Teaching Methods
The course consists of lessons in which the interactive dimension with the class, role playing and simulations, computer lab activities and individual coaching predominate.
Attendance is essential.

Assessment Methods
In relation to the particular content and delivery methods, the course will mainly make use of the continuous assessment system whereby students will be given a short test (questionnaire, summary paper or presentation) on the topics covered in the previous lesson. The final assessment will correspond to the average of the various assessments received during the course.
