The course was conceived and designed with the aim of enabling the student to acquire advanced skills in relation to professional development, starting from the analysis of the skills mapping.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the student:
- knows and understands the relevance of the planning and evaluation approach in the context of professional development processes in the current health and social-health context;
- understands and knows how to analyze analogies and differences of the different approaches and models of planning and evaluation in the organizational field

- Healthcare Management;
- Organizational analysis.

Assessment Methods
The final exam is offered in a single session for the entire integrated course. An exam session will be set up in which the student will be subjected to a multiple choice quiz test, with only one correct answer, aimed at investigating the cognitive and knowledge application aspects of the teaching discipline.

Expected Learning Outcomes
Knowledge and understanding:
the student is required to know and understand the models, methods and tools for evaluating professional development processes.

Ability to apply knowledge and understanding:
the student is required to know how to apply the methods and tools necessary to manage the organizational change in the healthcare sector necessary for professional development.
