1. understand the characteristics and differences between CSR, sustainability and ESG
2. understand the characteristics of CSR/sustainability in different contexts
3. understand the possible declinations of CSR and sustainability strategy
4. understand the impact of CSR / sustainability on the organization, operational mechanisms and business performance
5. understand and appreciate the role of institutional and corporate context in CSR /sustainability strategy
