Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will:
- know and understand the relevance of the planning and evaluation approach to professional development processes in the current healthcare and social care context;
- understand and be able to analyze the similarities and differences between various planning and evaluation approaches and models in the organizational context;
- move toward a logic of "organizational responsibility" as well as professional responsibility, to develop a more balanced vision between the clinical-care and economic-managerial spheres of work. Specifically, the course aims to: help innovate the complex framework of the National Health System and the reality of healthcare organizations, with particular reference to critical care.
- acquire knowledge and practical skills in applying tools useful for supporting care and organizational models in high-intensity care settings.

Knowledge of the relevant legislation for the evolution of the NHS

Assessment Methods
The final exam is offered in a single session for the entire integrated course. There will be one exam session in which both students will be given a multiple-choice quiz, with only one correct answer, designed to assess their knowledge and application of the subject matter being taught.
