Detailed Syllabus
The course will examine the transmedia history of the Sherlock Holmes character from the first Arthur Conan Doyle novel to the most recent adaptations.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Starting from the specific case study of the character of Sherlock Holmes, the student will acquire specific skills regarding the intertwining (now increasingly frequent and inextricable) of different media forms and storytelling experiences.
